The PEIJC Mission Statement

To celebrate Jewish holidays and cultural events, bringing people together to share in the richness of our heritage.

To partner with Jewish organizations—especially the Atlantic Jewish Council—and strengthen connections across the region.

To build bridges with other faith and cultural groups, and with the community at large, thereby fostering mutual respect and understanding.

To support Jewish education and lifelong learning opportunities.

To establish and maintain a Jewish cemetery to serve the needs of the Maritime Jewish community.
